Have plenty shop around this hotel, no noisy, very clean , everyone is very nice and make you fell like at home. Good breakfast.Have nice program for TV Need english newspaper, must open for breakfast at 5.45am for those who must leave early morning to catch the plane .Hope to have Internet connection for every room . Make you fell at Home, always smile . very clean, Good breakfast. Good TV program for tourist.Good room service. Well I will come back again ,

Good service from staff, the junior suite was spacious and located in the corner with a good privacy. Newspapers were not delivered everyday unless you asked for it. Lightings in the room could be improved. The hotel is very strategically located next to Surabaya Plaza shopping area which made us easy to buy things if we forget something or wants to have a quick bite and short sight seeing. Transportation like taxis are quite many in front of hotel.
It is a good value for money hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : Prepare your things correctly before you go to gym and swimming pool as they are located in a separate building. Will not be convenient to go back to your room if you forget something in your swimming trunk and towel.

Nice hotel.
Good service.
I appreciated very much the cafe at 4.30a.m.at the
very early checking out due to catching plane. I choose the plaza hotel because i thought it is central and convenient to reach. I unfortunately stayed only 1 night, therefore it is difficult to judge properly. I will stay in the future more frequent. I liked the ambiance during dinner, liked the room, the on time wake up call and the on time handing out of the breakfast box. In all, I was satisfied.

Room is big, No smoking policy No iron, no iron board, only 1 pair of slippers, aircondition controller is rather old type whereby the choices only are low, medium, & high It was my first time staying at Surabaya Plaza Hotel. I must say I was not disappointed, but I feel that certain things could be improved upon. The front office staff were all friendly. However, plant trimmings were done on a Sunday at noon. I believe the timing was not right.
Would I recommend the hotel to my friends and associates? Yes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to Lapindo for Luapan Lumpur Panas. It was a tragedy.
Go to Tanggulangin, good quality leather goods with acceptable price.

The Breakfast Buffet was great. All the employees of The Plaza Hotel are so courteous
and friendly, especial those girls at the front counter.
Shopping Tip : The Surabaya Mall, with the Mcdonald and KFC in it
are great.

Excellent customer service. Clean and well appointed rooms. Quiet. Great room service breakfast! Could hear next door plumbing in our first room quite loudly, but could not in second room (business room). We stayed for two nights. First night in a standard room booked through Agoda and upon returning from Bromo, spent the second night in a business room, for less money on a great promotion offered by the hotel. Front desk staff were extremely helpful - best customer service we've had in Asia (and we live here!).

Big sized room with clean, modern facilities. And also nice staff. One thing, the food on room services. Just average, but not bad. I had a very good time in Surabaya Plaza Hotel.
Good location, kind staff, and good facilities room with very big sized bed. That's all what I need. Will be staying again at Surabaya Plaza.
