The best hotel and hospitality with smile
The best facility hotel is it have kitchen,can see Surabaya view on top room..it's very interesting..one thing,the hotel near downtown..I like the situation,I didn't difficult to search food because at first floor you could find food courts

I and my wife were very enjoy stay at the square...the hotel have best location and near from downtown..the hotel have complete facility such swimming pool,food court..we recommend traveler when leave to Surabaya to stay at the square...
When we arrived the square and opened the room, we really surprised it didn't have mat. So the floor room very wet after we finished bath....
Hotel Feature Tip:
First, you must search hotel near from downtown
Second, easily access
Third, the hotel have complete facility such wi-fi,restaurant,entertain club,etc
Fourth, it's really important. The clean hotel must be your attention.

Nice and comfort hotel with a best room rate!!
The room are very nice and clean, facilitated with swimming pool, food court, mini market, stationary store, ATM Machine, starbucks, pool table and all are in one place

It was very nice staying in this hotel, with a good surrounding view at night from the room, the best thing is I can get everything I need during my staying. All the food are good and the price are reasonable.

The stay is fine with us however that is nothing much to do around the area not many shopping place around. Auite a distance to travel to town.

cheap hotel but far from city
The swimming pool is lovely

There are stores below the hotel which are very helpful when you are hungry at midnight. Also starbucks is there for you to sit and enjoy your evening.

i stayed here for the sole purpose of staying relatively close to the airport which was about 20 minute ride costing about idr. i arrived in surabaya at 7pm and was leaving at checkout time the next day. the room & bathroom was large and very clean. bed comfy and good a/c. i was on the 9th floor with a terrific view. there are some restaurants at the street level as well as starbucks and a convenient store. staffs friendly and quick. cable tv had all channels & many in english. has a minibar/fridge also as well as coffee/tea with kettle; sink and stove (though i didn't use the stove). i would recommend this hotel for sure. one drawback was the hot water ran out rather quickly i thought even with switching on the hot water heater switch.

Great place with nice rooms
I thought the vibe was really good

Usually i am well received, but today the staff was stiff and made me wait like half and hour or so just to check in. Perhaps they are understaffed but it doesn't help that the bell boy was also complaining about their front desk staff.

Nice place, like the room is very comfort, clean and very secured. But in my room, many such things like a room windows broken, toilet didn't flushing well, and door lamp too.

Interesting hotel in the middle of Rungkut
I thought it was fairly well done up and very busy with activity

Will come back again. Rooms are clean and i think the building is still pretty new. Lots of activity. Taxi's are avaialble 24 hours and they have like a depot area just opposite the hotel. Food options are plenty. It's very close to the airport actually. cost me about Rp 60,000 to get there.
