Budget hotel with good facilities

I slept for 2 nights in this budget hotel. Located in front of Petra University, so we will meet lots of students in this hotel's public area. Because of its surroundings, in my opinion this hotel is the best budget hotel I ever met in Indonesia.
Cons:
The staffs did not seem like pro hotelier - they need to improve their performance and services
Only 1 front office staff when I checked in. So I had to queue, waiting for the other guests being handled.
No internet access in my room at the first night, but accessible on my second day with average speed.
Small shower room - be careful of wet floor
Sometimes the rooms alley becomes a little bit noisy when students walk here and there
At night they only operated 1 of 3 elevator plus 1 staffs elevator
You will get 2 keys: magnetic key for the elevator and conventional key key for the room's door
Pros:
Large room with kitchenette, medium LCD tv, mini fridge, 2 bottles of mineral water, electric kettle, free coffee and tea
Clean and comfortable bed
Strong shower with consistent hot water
Swimming pool and fitness room with various equipment. Tips: morning is the best time, crowded in the evening
The best things about this hotel: easy to find places to eat
Starbucks and some other restaurants at LG level
We can find traditional food stall, Mini market, copy center at LG level
Food Court (around 6 - 8 food counters) with homy menus at the G level
Pool tables and karaoke at G level
Tips:
There are 2 ways to reach the hotel lobby at 1 floor: go to the basement until you find the elevator, or stop at Starbucks then take walks through the corridor. The elevator are not too far behind Starbucks.
We can find taxi easily across the street . They are metered but I do not believe they would take us via nearest direction.
