The front office are fine, but housekeeping service is slow, furthermore the bathroom water dispersal system is problem so you get flooded while you having a shower, they charge with extra pillow or extra towel so beware.

positive : starbucks inside, ATM BCA, good location for transit.
Negative : my pillow has many hair of previous guess,disgusting! We talk softly to staff who name SITI 2times, we never receive any another pillow case, we slept without pillow!
This my 3rd experienced and should not come again! for my previous exp, the main problem is cleanliness also.
Dont think only good interior design, check immediately when u inside room, check the all bed. sometimes any fluid there.

The hotel is good, nice clean rooms, and location is great just all that I wanted. It has a kitchen with electric stove but no utensils and stove wont work or maybe disabled. At least have a microwave oven in each room would be suffice. Needs to improve breakfast also.
Shopping Tip:
Citos is near and basic needs can be bought downstairs. Though all shops close at 10pm including starbucks. An Alfa mart is also nearby.

We were just staying here one night on our way to climb Mt Semeru, but were very impressed by the hotel. The rooms were excellent, the proximity to the airport and the bus station was perfect for us, and although we prefer to eat local, we were very surprised to see the Starbucks and other very westerner friendly shops on ground floor. Sadly we arrived to late at night to use the pool (it closes at 10) but it does have one, which is always a big selling point for me when travelling.
Travel tip:
If you prefer to eat local food, just walk along the street outside the hotel and find a street vendor. For 1/10th the price of breakfast at Starbucks, we got a delicious meal of spicy noodles, with fried egg, chicken and some other assorted bite sized "things" you can choose from.
