No complain for the price I have paid for the room
Reasonably clean room, hassle free check in and check out and friendly staff on-duty. The owner is also mostly around to oversee things.

It's a problem free stay and this is all that I had wanted since I am only paying for a low budget hotel. Thus I have no complain. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who doesn't want to pay too much and just looking for a reasonably clean room to sleep for the night. And this hotel is located not far from the city center of Surabaya.

lokasi sangat bagus dekat dengan pusat pusat perbelanjaan yang terkenal , bisa menjadi pilihan bila tujuan ke Jakarta untuk berbelanja atau berwisata kuliner, mudah dicapai dan banyak alternatif angkutan yang melewati hotel ini, tempat untuk parkir mobil juga cukup tersedia,
saya sangat puas tinggal di hotel ini karena sesuai dengan perkiraan saya akan kenyamannya

Awalnya karena saya tertarik dengan harga yang murah, makanya saya memesan lewat Agoda. Dan ternyata setelah menginap di sini, benar2 merasa puas. Karena dengan harga yang ditawarkan, kita udah dapat kamar yang nyaman dan bersih. Semua fasilitasnya masih baru dan berfungsi dgn baik. Lokasinya juga sangat mendukung karena tinggal jalan kaki ke ITC dan Psr Atom. Lain kali pasti saya akan menginap lagi di sini.
Shopping Tip:
Untuk orang luar kota/ luar pulau yang ingin kulakan barang di ITC, Pasar Atom, JMP, PGS sangat cocok untuk menginap di sini.

posisi dekat kepusat perbelanjaan,banyak pilihan transportasi,tapi untuk yang pertama kali ke @thome agak kesulitan menemukan lokasinya karna papan nama kecil.
untuk kamar bagus dan nyaman serta toiletnya bersih walaupun berada diluar kamar.
