Simple, cheap, small hotel
Budget room, short to Pasar Atom and Itc for bags, clothes, bags and so on

Small and cheap motel. Hard to find it. Closed to Atom market about 25-30,000 IDR taxi to tunjungan. Get the food to the next door shopping center. No fit to family, ok for backpackers. Open at 5 am and closed at 10 pm. A lot of bugs and mosquitoes. Ac and tv with local channels. Outside bathroom (shared with other rooms)
Travel tip:
Come before 10pm, get your own mosquitoes disinfectant.

clean room, worth for price
Cheap and Clean, near to ITC Surabaya

I came to hotel at night (11pm) and hotel door is closed, no sign in front of the building, little hard to find this hotel between another buildings that look same. after make a call to the hotel, the owner just tell me to hit the iron door to wake up the hotel keeper. I think the should use door bell hahaha....
In the room, air conditioner not too cold, bathroom located outside the room, but there are two bathroom, so I don't worry about it. bathroom is very clean, look modern and using good quality for bath equipment.
I will back to this hotel for budget travel, with only $10 I will get a quality enough for take a rest

蚊が10匹以上部屋にいました。
共同トイレにはトイレットペーパーがありません。
スタッフは英語があまり通じませんでした。
旅の途中に一泊立ち寄るぐらいだったらいいと思います。

ホテルの場所が分かりずらかった。
外見の割には想像していたよりも内部はきれいだった。テレビとエアコンもあり清潔だった。

とにかくタクシーの運転所等も誰に聞いてもはっきり分かる人がいなかった。
地元の人にいろいろ聞いて30分くらい近くをうろうろしてやっと分かった。
しかし、ホテル自体は値段の割には満足しました。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ホテルから観光地までは、歩いて若干あるが歩ける範囲でした。英雄記念塔、中華街、アラブ街などは全て歩いて回わりました。

penginapan @thome (baca : at home) terletak di dalam kompleks ruko atum megah,bersebelahan dengan itc surabaya,meskipun agak sepi,tapi cukup aman untuk dilalui pada malam hari.kondisi kamar bersih dan baru..
Restaurant Tip:
Boleh di coba restoran2 yang menyajikan makanan khas Surabaya yang terdapat di Pasar Atum mall Dan ITC..

Business Hotel
HOt Water, and clean hotel

Hotel not suitable for families, because the hotel door locked for the night. Freedom to exit the hotel does not exist. Hotel very close to the ITC (mall), so it is perfect for business. I liked the clean rooms and hot water in the bathroom, but the condition of the bathroom outside for the public. So it had to queue for a shower.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping Mall in the ITC are very cheap or morning market is also relatively inexpensive ditugu pahlawan
