Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Non-smoking hotel, in town square central to Surabaya. Mini bar included in price. Very clean hotel.

Room was very spacious, nice view. The only con about this hotel is that it does not have a pool or spa and the fitness center only consists of 5 machines. Otherwise I would highly recommend/

i and my collegues stayed in the prominent suite which is quite big, two bedrooms .., one for ensuite. this room comes with reasonable price,when compare the size of the room ... plenty spaces for three of us. we can enjoy our in-room breakfast, which is very facilitaed us. very impressed with this room type.
the staffs are very friendly and helpful. the room is very clean and new. overall is quite good for us.
Shopping Tip:
If you want to have more international brand for shopping , there is another one big mall not far from the hotel, which you can ask from the reception . It takes less than five minutes by taxi to this mall.

a lot of food shop near by the hotel.. Many style and type.. Start from Junk Food, Traditional Food and Western Food.. if yo wanna hang around at night and have some drinks it ll be nice to come here and stay at TS hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
yu can find alot of restaurant at this hotel. And because this hotel is nearby to city center so it is easy to go anywhere form this hotel too..

Fantastic hotel with almost everything you need (they don't have swimming pool) but it's minor detail. Located right on the Townsquare Surabaya; the place to hangout with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Recommend to everyone as a place to stay.

Hotel location is in Town Square with many restaurant and shop surrounding it. Simple and nice lobby. The suite is spacious and well kep, clean and modern. The surprise is Free Mini Bar!

New modern hotel with a good design

We originally had a room overlooking the Townsquare Mall but were kindly moved to the quieter city side as the pounding music from some of the Mall's bars goes on through the night.
The rooms themselves are clean, modern. We liked the layout of the bathroom with its open plan design. Unfortunately we were unable to use the bath as the water was always cold. However the rain shower was lovely.
Breakfast and the gym could be improved. Breakfast cooked items were cold on some occasions when the serving dishes were left open, in order to display the food. This could be easily rectified to ensure that the serving dishes were left closed. Also the western breakfast options were a bit lacking (normally just potatoes and sausages)
Gym - this comes across as a little bit of an after thought rather than a dedicated gym. There are a few machines on a mezzanine area but nowehere near the level to call it a proper gym. The airconditioning does not have much effect in this area making daytime workouts harder.
Overall a nice hotel with helpful staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
it took 4 hours to get to mount bromo
