i dont like the smell of the hotel!! the staff are really unfriendly.mostly all indonesia love to stay at this hotel because they are local.hotel fon also cannot use.the staff don't even know how to connect outside for calling overseas! very stupif staff!! not going to stay at this hotel anymore! very bad choice for staying here all the foods are shit and dirty!

Well appointed room furnishing, guest services, location.

Suitable, comfortable and good services. It will be better of the hotel can provide iron & ironing board for guest instead of sending it to the laundry for some minor ironing work. Overall it meets expectation. Will return again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Great place to stay for business and even leisure. Lots of good restaurants, pubs nearby. Easy going.

The TS Suites Hotel is a very good Hotel and offers great value for money.
The bathroom is excellent and the rooms are spacious.
The hotel is right next to a mall with good restaurants, cafe's and a XX1 cinema.

Part of Town Square restaurant, shopping and nightlife complex. Hotel is new, stylish, comfortable. Everything good. Gym equipment is pretty minimal, and breakfast in one of the mall restaurants was not good, but maybe just had a bad choice. Otherwise, this is a great place for a weekend stay in Surabaya.

I really like the hotel,the room,and the location. Except the front hotel it's so small,it doesn't look like a hotel,and if you want to go to pasar atom or galaxy mall. I might say its quiet far though. Overall the service is nice and clean. The mall nearest is Surabaya town square which 80% of its is cafe and restaurant. Not suitable for shopping,but can go ciputra world which is quiet near from there
Shopping Tip:
I prefer doing my shopping in tunjungan plaza IV but ciputra world is quiet ok also
