stayed 4 days with my family with kid, was surprise to find that the room was so spacious for a family of 3. staffs were very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. lots of entertainments facilties (cafes, restaurants and a cinema) nearby hotel.
only bad thing is the location of the hotel, have to navigate thru heavy traffic and road blocking to get to the entrance of hotel. hope they will improve that in next future.
will definitely stay here again.

Room spacious and luxurious,free minibar,very very very nice bathroom. I ever stayed at a hotel with the same class but the price was double than this hotel. Maybe no pool , not in fancy area, no luxurious lobby and simple breakfast resto that make this hotel charge you this cheap price. But of course I was very happy with the bfast menu. Over all : recommended,value for money,and looks like the hotel prefer focus on what the guest need and use instead of serving a lot of fascility but useless..

I stay in this hotel for 1 night. the location was easy to find and in the same complex with a shopping mall.
That was the first time for me to get a hotel which gave a free minibar. the cleanlines of the hotel was superb.
The concept of bathtub and bathroom that can merge with the bed room made my children spent all the time playing on the bathtub while watching the tv.
nice experience.

We enjoy 2 nights in this hotel. Breakfast is ok and very easy to chose dinner as we want at SuToS which offers a lot of choices.
Point to be improved was when we requested a trolley to bring down luggages for check out, it took more than 40 minutes to arrive in our room after 2 reminder calls. Can not imagine if someone in rush to catch the flight....
Then, the check out process need to be improved as well.

location is in an industries area, between surabaya airport and the city. around 30 min drive to the surabaya city centre.
the hotel look like a 3 stars hotel from outside. lobby and staffs were up to 5 standard. when open my room door, was surprise by a 6 stars rooms. i mean it, i have stay more then 100 hotel around the world and the room is the best i come across. it will let many of the 5 stars hotel to a shame.
breakfast was normal, anyway is free, so no complain. no pool. easy to get high class food places next to it.

stayed here for only a night, the room is simply nice, rounded bathtub, new furniture, and comfort bed.
location is the plus, situated in city center, easy access.. sutos shopping mall is right in the next building.. you get good discount to dine in most of the restaurants in the area.

i love this hotel. it offers something different. unfortunately it is not suitable for my kids. the bathroom has no lock. so i am worried if my sons open the bathroom when i take shower.
it is near to the mall so i can make a business meeting there and it is allowed to smoke.
Restaurant Tip:
try to have lunch there and get 50% discount for eating at place.
