The hotel is very cheap and all the staff are friendly and helpful. however, the hotel need to take consideration regarding the existence of mosquitoes in the room. overall the hotel is very nice

Hotel yang cantik tetapi agak ke belakang sikit dari jalan besar. Namun bilik besar sesuai untuk keluarga yang mempunyai anak ramai. Persekitaran menarik dengan landscap yang cantik, terdapat kolam dihiasi ikan-ikan yang banyak.
Ruang menunggu yang selesa dan besar, kakitangan yang mesra dan baik, senang berurusan apa-apa pun.
Shopping Tip:
Berdekatan dengan pasar Turi (PGS), hanya berjalan kaki dalam 5 minit.

lokasi hotel yang menarik
biliknya baik tetapi tidak mempunyai carpet.

bilik yang saya tempah adalah terbelakang menghadap dinding, tetapi bilik biasa berada dilokasi terkedepan, sepatutnya bilik yang lebih mahal lokasinya depan dan sebaliknya.
tiada kemudahan lain di bilik selain air-condition, TV, air panas sementara lain-lainya adalah biasa sahaja.
Shopping Tip:
hotel ini berada ditengah-tengah lokasi untuk membeli belah dan tempat-tempat bersejarah diSurabaya.

我们到酒店是晚上十二点，酒店的位置在旧区，周围环境不好 是棚户区，我们还以为司机走错了路 结果在拐过一堆铁皮房子后 就到了酒店，这家酒店有些年份了，房间有霉味，不过在泗水这种工业城市 这种酒店还算不错的了 中转住一晚还是可以的。

pelayanan cukup bgs, kmr brsih, nyaman, tetapi lokasiny didalam gang dan agak susah ditemukan.. kelebihanny bisa cek-in awal (sktr pkl 8 wib..) so far lumayan bagus, hanya pelayanan breakfastnya kurang cepat (banyak makanan habis tetapi blum di-refill)...

Ketika kami datang kehatel V3 disurabaya hari masih pagi sekitar jam 5.00 pagi, kami tidak bisa langsung chek in , kami sempat berdebat kenapa kami datng pagi karena kami habis melakukan perjalanan dari Bali mengendarai Bis malam, akhirnya kami bisa chek in jam 7 pagi. sungguh pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan kami datang tetap disambut dengan spanduk " SELAMAT DATANG DI HOTEL MESUM " sungguh menyebalkan penyambutan spanduknya, Apalagi kalau melihat kamarnya , dinding wallpaper coret coretan nggak karuan , tidak pantas untuk hotel sekelas bintang 3. kamar mandi nya seperti tidak terurus dan antara sabun dan shampo menjadi satu, kami sdh protes dengan management tapi jawaban mereka bahwa ini perintah dari yang punya hotel. Kami sekeluarga sangat kecewa degan hotel ini
tidak sesuai dengan gambar yang tercantum didalamnya, menurut kami dengan harga permalam pelayanannya sekelas losmen , sangat mahal. kami sekeluarga kecewa...........

Obsługa hotelowa jest wyjątkowo usłużna i chętna pomóc w każdej sytuacji, nawet wykraczającej poza ich obowiązki. Hotel posiada lobby z Wi Fi i przepięknym oczkiem wodny w którym pływają ogromne karpie koi.Śniadanie dość średnie. Ładne pokoje, tylko zapach w nich nieprzyjemny, prawdopodobnie z klimatyzacji. `
