Hotel is situated near the Jakarta-Tangerang highway, so it is quite easy to reach.
Hotel amenities is clean and complete.
I am not sure about hotel rating, but I feel it should be 5-star.
Air conditioning was leaking during my 1-day stay, but the facilities promptly fixed it and mopped the floor.
In general, I am satisfied by the overall service and comfort of Atria Hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Shopping mall is just about 300 m across the road.
Wi-fi signal is good at the room.
Breakfast is so-so (Coffee tasted weird, beef was tough).

We stayed here for nearly a week and it has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is very close to the Summarecon Mall, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the mall (transportation by golf carts are coming soon, so they say!)
To say the least, this hotel may have been entitled to be crowned as the best hotel in Tangerang by far.

room : bed is comfort even extrabed also comfort. the only thing i don't like is the bare cold floor. bathroom is ok but the shower is fixed to the wall so quite difficult to bathe my kid. the shower water also way to small.
pool : it should called as public bathtub due to the size
breakfast : vary , delicious and good taste
overall my stay is good and i might return back if have
importance in serpong area
