i was happy to stay in this hotel, such a new hotel in good design..it was clean hotel, simple but location is very good in the heart of BSD City, unfortunatelly the swimming pool is too small, but it's oke..overall this is a nice hotel :)

I stayed at this hotel to be close to a school I was visiting for a conference. Fantastic hotel, well equipped, good value for money. Not a good location if you want to be in the centre of the city.

It's my first time visiting Serpong area. I came here for doing some business, visiting my customer. The room is clean and comfortable, the friendly staff made me feel welcome to stay at this hotel. This hotel will be my next 1st choice for staying at Serpong later.

Next to a shopping mall and a waterpark

We are only stay for one night to experienced the hotel for weekend getaway. It is very close to a waterpark and a shopping mall. Although the pool is relatively small and inconvenient for children but you can always take the children to a waterpark which is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff is great and helpful. We definitely will come back again.

Location was near the business place I had to be, aside from that I was completely unimpressed

The bathroom had an awful urine stench, the food ordered from room service was of bad quality (the beef wellington was FAR from how a beef wellington should be and the pastry was wet), the bed was extremely hard, and they did not have a "do not disturb sign" which allowed their staff to barge in at 9AM while I was sleeping without attire. Overall an unpleasant stay!
