R. A. Couples Netherlands, September 09, 2010	hotel airlangga ligging 3.7 Kamers waren vreselijk slecht onderhouden, om over de douche/toilet nog maar te zwijgen. Geen warm water, afvoerwater liep gewoon over de grond. Kraan zat los, alles zag er even verroest uit in de douche. Personeel deed haar best, daar lag het niet aan. Entourage in het hotel zag er goed uit. Ik zag zelfs nog een rat lopen. Kortom een vreselijk hotel en ik zal er nooit meer terugkomen. En iedereen afragen. in 12 uur 3 kamers gehad.
