Generally, my stay at this hotel was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall and it is located centrally in the city so moving around was not difficult. Only problem I had was the air conditioner, where even when I turned it to the highest temperature, it was still very cold. The staff can also do a better job in tidying up the table.
