Hotel Santika Premiere Jogja is a four-stars hotel located in the city center of Jogjakarta.
Its location is impeccable, making it a strategic choice for both business and leisure.
Hotel and rooms are nicely furnished, to match what you'd expect from a Santika Premiere. Which despite being a local hotel management chain, it's the largest and has a strong reputation.
Service is impeccable, staffs are attentive too.
Overall, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who visit Jogjakarta.

A good location to malioboro. But Santika have a bad services. I booked a deluxe room but their gave me a small room and I cant sleep because very noisy at the night. After I complain and asked to change room, their gave me a same deluxe room but this time these room very big and very silent room..how can this hotel have a different size room with same type ?

Santika have a good restaurant . Their breakfast very delicious.

1. I was told had to wait 20min, but reality waiting for one hour plus. And when i asked again, the staff was just only say that there were no vacant room yet but withoit letting me know.
2. Lost my e-ticket in the room, duty manager said there were no staff took it but my paper/guest comment card(which i hvnt finished filled in), was replaced.
3. Would think twice before i go back here.

Very nice and charming services, you could hear gamelan in the afternoon while watching a lady making batik at the loby.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping is not to far from Malioboro street, a very famous strees for shooping and near to Beringharjo market, good place to find batiks with bargaining price.

Had to wait for 2hours for our room

We asked hotel to pick us up at airport in hope that they aware we're coming in and prepare our room.the fact we need to wait for approx 2hours(14.00WIB-16.05WIB)to get into the room.The receptionist keep telling that the room had not ready,first reason,because we asked for king size bed. Later she said that there only 3rooms type and it simply not ready (this when I asked why 2visitor came after us already got their rooms)Fyi,we've booked for executive room.Cut it short,finally got our room after the manager step in.Our tired toddler directly went to sleep as soon as we enter the room.
During waiting period we ate at their Pandan sari Restaurant,genuinely serve by Ms Eka.I said genuine because she didnt know we had some'trouble' at front office,so it not for compensate or anything.She cater our toddler needs nicely.
As other Santika groups hotel, you can count on their various breakfast.Indonesian traditional food/beverages(gudeg,pecel,nasigoreng,jajanan tradisional,jamu),American(toast,omelette,croissant,doughnut),japanese(sushi stall)
Dont worry about transportation. You can rent a car in some of hotel counter.Or you can travel by taxi and becak(traditional transportation) that park outside hotel. The becak had fixed rate,no need to bargain or feel tricked.
Overall its nice hotel,just need a little empathy for the front office side for family traveling with kids

Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for a honeymooner treatment if you're couples. i was delighted to find some fresh lilies on the table and not-so-fresh-but-still-okay red roses on the bed
