Great-looking traditional hotel: gardens, plants, Balinese statues, artistic decor, open dining room, swimming pool, good food selection for breakfast, shuttle service to town. Pop music or gamelan performances on some evenings. Excellent mini rijstafel.
The location is difficult as it's about 5 km from town and not near other facilities (e.g. other restaurants) but they do provide a free shuttle service twice a day.
The hotel is divided across a busy road - rooms + swimming pool one side; rooms + dining room the other. Food in the evening okay but a bit tired (except for the rijstafel).
We were very satisfied with this hotel - the look, the ambience, the staff - and would definitely stay here again. The distance from town is a slight bother but the taxi cost is only about 25,000 Rp and the free shuttle helps a lot. The swimming pool is a reasonable size (decorated with big naga statues). The main downside was that we tended to eat mostly in the hotel because there were no palatable-looking restaurants nearby.
Shopping Tip : Change as little money as possible at the airport - very low rate. In town it's much better, esp at Gajah Sakti on Malioboro.

Very centrle. Tanta courtesy, very nice spacious room with a huge bed, great. Cleanliness is very good, even the bathroom. The bathroom is a Western without the traditional send. It 'was easy arrarci airport, so will the services booked through the internet was the best. Assoluntamente It is therefore recommended. Towels and slippers for the shower are included and welcome . The restaurant is good cn excellent variety, also present western foods and menus. Very good fish. Breakfast, included in the price, it is abundantly rich and varied. You can choose between one tradizionle or intercontinental.
