Overall is up to expectation but the water heater takes more than 10mins to work and there is no WIFI service in room (very weak signal) and the speed is quite slow, even at site with full signal

Good hotel with low price

Overall this hotel is good with low price, clean. Located in city center and near campus. Close with reataurant. We can go to nearest mall (Galeria) by walk about 15 minutes. Recommended.

the building of the hotel is still new and the facility in the room is complete from the refrigerator, tv satelit, and bath tub. the price is also affordable. but the hotel is not easy to find because not located at the main road. the food for breakfast i think not at my taste..

Smell oily in the room...

Im staying in Sagan hotel for one night, given room at level one, the room was no window, shouldn't be any problem as per expected and may be run out of room due to my late check in time at 8 pm onwards....but there's a big gap between the door and the floor (approximately 1 inch) its not the main issue but due to the big gap my entire room was so smelly of oily, like those cooking smell from the kitchen, due to cant stand on it i stuck with my comforter, its work and better...i didnt make any complaint or ask to change room due to my sleep time just less than 4 hours for tomolo early fly to Bali... i believe the given room was near to the kitchen which those cooking smell absorp-in from the door gap. Anyway the hotel is ok, in terms of location is ok.

old unpreserved building in good location

I stay there for one night. My first consideration was the location is perfect to avoid traffic, and get all easy access to most all of my destination. It was cool and green, love the ambience and the hospitality of the staffs.
The building seems had been renovated years before, however, my room was not as I have been expecting. The AC is leaking, causing small water ponds next to the bed and one side of the wallpaper teared and been a places of fungus. The TV was broken, and the humidity was high.
The room in general was clean, however the pillow case served with a lot of stain, and so does the bed sheet. Breakfast is poor, and you will run out of them before 9 o'clock. I my self finally decide to buy some soto and fried snacks from "warong" in front of the hotel, it was good. (In price and taste)
