I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the hotel's amenities (e.g. hot bath and pool). But, it was very nice, great breakfast included with our room. I would be happy to stay there again.

Overall, the stay was not up to our standard.
Room was old & have a rustic look.
Bathroom was really small.
Did not try the complimentry breakfast as we checked out early the next day.
There was a roudy crowd "playing" in the onsen area, & we were really annoyed as echos of their noises can be heard clearly.
Good thing that the staff reacted swiftly after we lodge a complaint.
Will not stay here again as it is too expensive for the standard of room that they provide.
Only pro is that the view of Mount Fuji is superb even though we are only at the 3rd floor.

価格が高いわりに普通のホテルです。３階でしたが富士山は良くみえました。
スタッフの愛想は全く良くなっかった！サービス業なのにどのような教育をしているのだろう...もう二度と泊まることはないでしょう。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
スキーで子供と二人で利用。スキー場からは遠い！
