The location for the hotel and the price can't be beat. The staff were kind, helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is basically part of Canal City the major shopping venue in Fukuoka. The location is great and there are plenty of restaurants inside the Canal City mall and in the neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacious compared to some hotels I've stayed at in Japan. Would use this hotel again for future trips.
Shopping Tip : The mall is great.

The hotel is in Canal City, so it's so convenient to find food, shopping, etc. Room is good
some staff cannot speak in English so we had problem to communicate. Access from the central station
We arrive In Fukuoka central station and then go to the hotel using Bus no 6.1 if I remember it correctly. But I need to walk about 300m to the hotel. The room is nice, we had problem with the internet connection in the room and asked for assistance, but since they don't have technician that can speak English so I think they asked someone else to help us to solve the problem through the telephone. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights, and the weather was not good, it was raining on the second day, but since the hotel located in Canal City shopping center, we still do some stuff like shopping and find some food without getting wet. The hotel is good, but the access from the central station is not too convenient for traveler with luggage. We went from the hotel to station by walking about 15 mins because there is no direct bus access to the station.
