1. Convenient location 6 mins to Hakada Station.
2. Friendly staff.

2. Employee English is poor. The worst experience I had with a hotel staff. We asked how to get to Hakata International Airport by bus. The front desk staff pointed us to Hakada International Port, which is for cruise. Fortunately we started half an hour earlier than it should take and finally got to the airport by taxi from the Port without missing the flight.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Please make sure your pronounce Hakada International AIRPORT carefully when asking the direction. Otherwise people may misunderstand it as International PORT.

many places compared to the station very small, mediocre service, everything is paid, bruyant I would not foot the ds this hotel given the price. One would expect a better fit but it is a low-end hotel.
