Hotel room is big and tidy enough! Also closed to one big local supermarkets. However, wifi is good at rooms and free of charge at the lobby also. Cheap car parking is very good. In addition, Walking distance can reach some famous shopping streets and modern shopping mall and JR train station.

first and foremost, i feel the need to seriously comment on how professional and helpful the staff at this hotel was. they were happy to answer any questions we had, even though some of them spoke very limited english. the rooms were a bit on the small side, but i think the room we got was just for one person. either way, it's not a big issue if you're used to sleeping really close to whoever you're traveling with. really, the place had everything we could possibly need, so the entire stay was quite enjoyable. it also helps that every taxi driver in town knows exactly where the hotel is, which helped in any situation where we got lost. with its convenient location, i can't imagine myself wanting to stay anywhere else next time i visit fukuoka.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you ever plan to use the fridge, you will need to manually turn it on (we didn't know this, and some of the food we brought went a little funky). Also, if you want ice water, it's in the metal kettle that looks like it should be for coffee. We probably could have saved money on bringing our own bottled water from the convenient store if we had known this earlier.

Hotel is near to Tenjin Station and shopping area. There is a good kebab stall outside the hotel, the seller is young and handsome. Stall name Guru-guru Chicken Kebab. One kebab for 500yen. Hotel staff is extremely friendly. I did not ask for room cleaning so they called and reconfirmed, then they put new towel and toilet amenities in a plastic bag outside of my room. I love this hotel and worthy to pay for it.

I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The room was reasonably priced. It is not to far to the airport which cost 2000 yen for a taxi.

To reach the hotel from the international terminal, you can take 15-minute free shuttle to the domestic terminal where the subway station is located. The hotel is only 1 or 2 station away from the airport. It is just out side of the west exit no. 5 of Hakata subway station. You will find all kind of restaurant at this Hakata station from very pricey Sushi to few hundred yen Udon. No need to worry about any transportation since subway and buses that take you almost everywhere in Fukuoka start here. The room is large in Japanese standard. You will have space to lay two language open on the floor if you stay in a room with king-size bed. Will definitely stay here again in my next trip.

very near to hakata train station, 1 min walk. convenient and easy access to restaurant. only problem there is no elevator from street level to the building, if you have luggage you will have to climb up 20+ steps of stair.

near station, convenient if you want to eat out. room is a bit small, ventilation is warm (we have to open the window to let some cool air in) maybe becos it is autumn that the central heater is on? toilet is small, the door dont open all the way due to the bidet. no elevator from the street level to the hotel building, have to walk the stair (bad if you have luggage)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
is a place for a short night stay, wont suggest the breafast cos the train station has more variety of food and restaurant and the price are even cheaper then what the hotel offer.
