The small rooms did not bother us because the price was within our budget. We appreciated the free coffee. We asked for a nonsmoking room, but were given a smoking room but were too tired to ask for a different room. We cleared the smokey air with the air conditioner. We noticed the tile grout in the bathroom was very dirty. We only stayed here because it was close to my nephew's apartment.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you ask for a nonsmoking room, you may be given a smoking room. Be sure to ask for a new room.

The room was comfortable but on the small size
Close to transport to get to tengin or hakata

The staff were very helpfull even though they spoke "little bit of english". Close to transport - train station and bus stop just outside to door
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are travelling with a large suitcase, do not bother to take it to the room. As a 6 foot traveller with luggage, room is good - just by myself
