Nice hotel. Good sized room. Clean and well laid out. Staff was good and allowed us to check in an hour early to get ready for our event.
About a 5 minute walk from the subway station. This is a lot in hot weather. A bit more expensive than expected considering this. Some hotels right next to the JR Hakata station are cheaper in fact.
The hotel was good. It met the bill pretty well and was a good place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was good. However, the the hotel changed its name back in April. The website information was only recently changed (I booked it several months back). I spent a lot of time in Hakata station (Fukuoka) trying to find this hotel. The new name is the Com's hotel (a strange name which doesn't mean anything when you read the Japanese katakana). I hope other people don't go through what I went through due to Agoda's slow updating of information.
Hotel Feature Tip : Be careful when booking with Agoda. I had problems finding this hotel because I was not notified that the name had changed (in April 2008...my stay was in August 2008).

This is a first rate convenient hotel for travel and has a helpful attitude. The breakfast was very good.
Travel tip : Fukuoka has a lot of interesting modern architectural structures and the station has a good tourist information centre to advise on all the sights.
