Basic hotel with friendly helpful staff

I was given a room that had a very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke on my first night which was unpleasant . I asked for a change of room the next day and was met with very helpful apologetic staff and my room was changed.
Travel tip:
Use the side entrance as that is a great short cut to the centre of activity - the main entrance is a longer way round and not so convenient .
