Food served in the room, the room view, the quality service of the staff. 10 It was a very relaxing place to be. with Onsen in the hotel itself. Price was reasonable. Food was really good. free wifi, very near to Hakone Yumoto station which makes it very accesible from Shinjuku if your coming from tokyo. Just 5 mins walking distance.

Couples Malaysia, April 23, 2013	good experience of japanese style room having the private onsen is a great plus for couples. 8.3 superb location which is just 2 minutes walk from the train station. The dinner and breakfast provided were great in variety and presentation. They tasted good but we weren't really blown away. You gotta stick to their timing for dinner (6 or 6.30pm) and breakfast (7.30am). so you gotta wake up by 7am :)
