Everytime we had a question, the staff would come to us immediately.They are very service oriented and catered to our every need. The hotel is beautiful and the onsen is very nice. The food is great and everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
many things close early in the evening but the hotel accomodates for all your needs.

It is a good hotel with convenient location, very close to the Hakone railway station. Our family stayed in this hotel during Christmas 2010. Although we only stayed one night in Hakone, this cozy hotel has impress me by its environment and warm service!

The hotel includes it's own Onsen open until 1am.

The hotel's location is right across from the train station. Very easy to find. The cost per night is reasonable and the best part was you can be in their hot spring until 1am. Their room is pretty clean and staff was all smiles.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure you buy the Hakone 2 day Free pass. That will give you round trip ticket to the hotel and 7 other means of transportation within Hakone. ( cable car, boatride, bus, etc.. )

Disappointing in many terms.
Inflexible check in, with arrival 20 minutes before official check in time, there was no chance to get the reserved room (despute it was ready). Rooms are small, ours was also worn out.
Friendly staff in restaurants was the highlight of this in genral disappointing stay.
Would not return back to this hotel or recomend it to a friend

the hotel have a great hot spring in hakone area, it was included open air hot spring and indoor hot spring. good location which only very short walking distance from train station and bus stop.
their staff is friendly and will guide you where is your room and explain where are the facilities of the hotel.

good location for the hotel allowing us to use as a base to sightsee the hakone region, just a five min walk from the train station. highlight was a private onsen bath. hotel is fairly new.
