Great location, small public bath

We got a relatively big room, but hotel insist I pay for extra futon beds for my 2 children although we told them we are ok to share the beds. They said it is their policy. Hotel staff (who knows English) was not very polite. Otherwise, we had a good view from the room. Hotel was just opposite Hakone Yumoto train station, very easy to locate and only need to pull your luggage over a short distance. Convenient if travelling with children. Great breakfast.

It is a good hotel with convenient location, very close to the Hakone railway station. Our family stayed in this hotel during Christmas 2010. Although we only stayed one night in Hakone, this cozy hotel has impress me by its environment and warm service!

大きなホテルで、温泉でゆっくりできました。
たまには畳ではなくてベッドの部屋で温泉も良かった。
夕飯を付けたつもりがついていなかった、この価格だったらついていてほしかった、残念。

โรงแรมให้บัตรส่วนลดซื้อของในโรงแรม ทำให้ราคาถูกกว่าร้านค้าด้านนอก และสะดวกกว่าไม่เสียเวลาในการเที่ยวชมบรรยากาศรอบๆทะเลสาปและการขึ้นเขา

처음에 호텔에 도착했을 때에는, 예약 상황을 호텔 직원이 몰라서 매우 황당했었는데,의 예약 내용을 출력한 것을 보여준 후, 계속 얘기하니까, 그 때서야 우리의 예약 상황을 아는 것 같았다. 그 후로는, 모든 문제 없이 친절하게 방을 정해 주었으며, 자기네의 실수를 인정하면서 더 잘 해 줄려고 하는 노력을 보이는 점이 좋았다.
호텔 자체는 매우 잘 갖추어져서 불편한 점이 없었으며, 온천도 좋고 ( 좀 많이 걸어야 하지만) 조용하고 방도 깨끗해서 만족스러웠다. 다음에도 하꼬네에 왔을 때 다시 찾아가고 싶은 호텔이며, 가격이 좀 높은 점이 아쉽기는 하다.
