I was promised a non-smoking room; I did not receive one. I was promised an upgraded room due to some construction on the property; I did not receive this either. The view from my room was mostly of the roof.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Miyajima is one of the most beautiful places in Japan, and it is worth putting up with a middling hotel to see it.
