friendly staff,
clean and tidy rooms. From the train station, you can take the city tram and it leads you right in front of the hotel. There's also a 24 hour fast food noodle house right next to the hotel so you can get something inexpensive to eat anytime of the day or night. The hotel offers travellers a city public transit day pass. Take it. It's well worth it.

close to street car stop, close to shops, nice staff, small room but so are most in japan we stayed at the chisun inn hotel in hiroshima for 1 night in april 2009, was a good hotel for the 1 night we stayed in hiroshima cause it was close to the street car stops and all the shops. very small room but most hotel room in japan are like this, free internet access in the lobby, about a 3min street car ride from hiroshima station and a 10 min street car ride too the peace memorial park

very nice hotel, close to everything, train station just in front of hotel, convenience store just next to it (if you hungry at night), close to atomic dome, best in price, and modern, the bed and pillow are soft, this hotel have coin laundry, and contemporary design. I don't have any negative comment as this hotel is very perfect.

Located close to a rail station which made it easy to get to Hiroshima tourist sites. Internet access available in the hotel lobby with two laptops. Can purchase bus passes from the hotel counter. Staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel was easy to find. Hotel was not able to find reserved rooms from Agoda which resulted in one bed instead of two beds requested. The hotel was clean, nicely priced, centrally located, and met our expectations for size. The staff was very helpful in finding the reservation through Agoda. The hotel costs was very reasonable and less than expected. Were able to easily get on street car in the morning to go see the tourist sites of Hiroshima. Would stay at the hotel again next time we go to Hiroshima. Recommended.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get 2-day rail/ferry/ropeway pass at the front desk. Mayajima Island is a must.

Location, easy walking distance to CBD places of interest. Small (double) room, language difficulties, international telephone connection not available from room, no alternative offered. A small hotel renovated some two years ago. Reception staff appeared inexperienced in handling International visitors - language difficulties. Double room booked proved too small, no space to open two suitcases at once. necessary to upgrade to a (barely) larger room at additional 1,000yen per night. Once settled, accommodation was adequate for purpose (5 nights), easy walking to areas of interest, bus and tram transport stops adjacent to hotel.

bigger room than usual japanese room, staff are very friendly and can speak english well. close to everything. shopping 5 mins away peace museum 5-10min walk away..resturants and convenience stores outside hotel entrance. I stayed here for 3 nights. the hotel staff were very nice on check in. the tv has pay tv with english settings and films. then room is a good size..the beds are comfortable which is a plus in japan as many are very hard. great location. it is a new hotel so everything is nice and clean

quiet, comfortable, clean, new. average-small size. no safe in room. Great location. right outside tram station. Restaurants located very nearby. Near Okonomiyaki specialty building. Also shopping is very nearby. Drying line available in bathroom. Clean and new rooms. Carded access and electricity activation - good for saving energy. Also great yukatas provided. Small room though with almost not enough bench space to boil water/put papers/reading material on.

As nice a room you can expect in Japan that is very good.
Great position. no great sight to be expected. I walk a lot so I like to be close to the sights and train station. And both were within less than 15 minutes walk. If you don't want to walk, well the tram 1 stops almost in front of the hotel. The address is a bit misleading as the main entrance is on the main street Aloi dori.
Personally I used hotel as a base for my visit, so all I ask is a good bed and a bathroom where the water is warm. I still find it hard to find at a reasonable price, but there no problems and the room was pleasant looking. Service is japanese, therefore absolutely excellent at all levels.
The breakfast was a bit limited for western taste in both choice and quality. If you want a japanese breakfast you will be happy because there is a lot of choice and it is good.
This is the kind of place I'll be happy to go back to. Thumbs up!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hiroshima main sights can be visited in one day even if you go slowly, but if you are there you have to (I really mean have not should) go to Miyajima Island for a full day and do the walk to the top of Mt Misen and then walk back down the hill through the mountain.

very good location on a shopping street and tram stop in front of the hotel. This is a small hotel in very good location (on a shopping street). You can go everywhere by tram that just in front of the hotel. There was a convenience store right next to the hotel. The room was so clean and modern style but a bit small. Also hotel staff were friendly and helpful.I would thoroughly recommend these as a good value hotel for business travellers or tourists looking for a simple and inexpensive hotel.
