Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Young staff at reception with reasonably good english language skill. Tram stop(Kanamaya-Cho) is directly across the road. 24 hrs convenience store (Family Mart) adjacent to hotel. Walkable distance (15 minutes) to the main shopping area around Kamiya Cho Nishi) tram stop.
Limited choice of restaurants and shops around the area (200m)
I stayed at Chisun hotel for 3 nights in December 2009. The hotel is across a river from the train station so it was a bit too far for me to walk with a a heavy luggage and it was also raining. I took a taxi from the station to the hotel (Yen 690).
The room itself was standard (read : small) for a business type hotel. However the room and bathroom was spotless clean. The furnishing (tables, lighting and room control panel) are modern and looks quite new.
There was only one pillow that came with a mattress that was a bit too soft for me.
The lobby had two free to use notebooks but you had to stand up to use them. The notebook looked a bit old and well used as the keyboard had some letter missing from the surface). The keyboards were bit grubby. The Internet connection was noticeably slower compared to the other hotels I stayed.
I paid for my breakfast (Yen 1200). The western food was limited to white bread that I toasted in a small oven. There was margarine, jam and a rolled up omelette. If I recall, the breakfast cereal choice was limited to Coco-pops (Yuck!) and one more sugary cereal.
Hotel Feature Tip : 24 hour convenience store next to hotel.
Tram stop directly in front of hotel.

No one, maybe it should have a wardrobe
This hotel was very nice in every aspects. Very close of everything. very clean, very professional staff. The bathroom was perfect, even bigger than frequent sice in Japan. Beauty decoration. The internet access was very usefull, because it lets you to consult everything. In other hand there are lots of good and cheap restaurants.

Very clean, LAN, right opposite tram stop. Convenient location.
Window in the room we stayed in (twin) was slightly mouldy from the moisture.
The Chisun Inn Hiroshima is one of the Chisun Inn chains and is a typical business hotel. It is definitely one of the nicer business hotels we stayed in Japan. The price is pretty good for the location. It's just outside a tram stop. Hiroshima is not very big, so it's walkable from here to downtown, but with 150 yen flat fare on the tram, it's probably better to catch a tram to go see the sites such as the A-bomb dome and the memorial park. It has LAN internet in the rooms and free internet at the lobby. We didn't have any food there so not sure what that's like. But being Japan, it's prob fine.
Restaurant Tip : Near the hotel is a bridge and if you turn right before crossing the bridge there is a great restaurant that serves oysters. Unfortunately I can't remember the name - but we got the tip from the information centre which is at the underground shopping mall in downtown.
