The hotel was centrally located, walking distance from the Peace Memorial, museum and the Hiroshima castle. Lots of shopping and restaurants were also within walking distance. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern. The linens were white, crisp and super comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly. A pretty good breakfast was included with each nights stay consisting of traditional Japanese and Continental favorites. Nothing was overlooked. There was an extra charge for the swimming pool, which was disappointingly small and broken into swimming lanes, and another charge for the spa. Only the exercise equipment was included in the room rate, and this can be improved.

I have nothing bad to say about the ANA hotel in Hiroshima. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was very helpful, I believe I was basically able to walk anywhere that I was going from the hotel without having to bother with cabs (since they tend to be expensive in Japan). On top of that, the price was really affordable. Additionally, you get free breakfast coupons with your stay, which is pretty convenient.
