Great hotel, well maintained, very clean, transit accessible and walking distance to most larger attractions in Hiroshima. The hotel operates a free shuttle to the shinkansen station, though the streetcar can take you there for 150 yen in just a bit more time. Massage/spa services on location as well as laundry facilities. The hotel was easy to find on peace boulevard just a short walk north from the closest streetcar stop.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Price was good. Facliities ere good. Staff heped us find a yakitorii restaurant which had been eluding us. close to miyajima--outstanding resort.

In a challenging place (memories of war)thios hotel was a great place to stay. Staff were freindle and helpful with minimal input from us. Just felt a good place to me and as we were leaving we asked if we could buy the house "jamies" and of course they siad no, but as we were sitting in the courtsey bus waitng to go to the station one of the staff came out witha wrapped package and put her finger to her lips to indicate "secret".Left such a warm feeling after two great days.

Room was a little claustrophobic but very convenient location. No outlook but was fine if you were out sightseeing every day.

Bit hard to find

There's a giant sign, but it's all Japanese and then word "Hotel". On a street full of hotels, it was a bit confusing. Great little onsen for ladies (can't say anything about the men's), friendly, helpful staff, nice, big bed for a single room, and an easy 10-minute walk from Hon-dori, the main shopping area in Hiroshima. I would definitely stay here again.

We liked this hotel because is very close to the peace museum and near the tram stop. Staff was very friendly. Rooms aren't very big but it's the standard of Japan and they are clean.
they have free bikes for guests and a free spa too.

Very nice hotel at a good price

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dormy Inn. Like most people we were in Hiroshima to visit the Peace Park Museum and see the Atom bomb dome and the location of the hotel was pretty much perfect. We actually flew into Hiroshima and you can get a bus there straight to the bus station (as opposed to the train station). The hotel is only 3 or 4 stops on the tram from the former, but we were able to walk the short distance with our luggage in just 10-15 minutes. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean and I would definitely stay there again.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Okonomiyaki while you're in Hiroshima. It's a local dish and you can buy it at a lot of local cafes. We tried it with both soba and udon noodles and both were delicious.

Perfect Location near Peace Park
Best feature was location. Was very happy with all other aspects of room.

Hotel was ideally located, near the Peace park, and the trams.
Parking area was a little ways away from the hotel, but this was not a major issue at all.
Room was small, but adequate for my needs.
