This hotel had exceptional service with staff anticipating our needs. We were close to a train station so it was easy to get anywhere quickly. The room was great and the food was terrific. I would use this hotel next time i went to Japan. The service was outstanding and the caring attitude of the staff was impressive. I loved that they anticipated our needs and constantly smiled at us.It made a huge differnce that we were close to transport via the train station. our room was comfortable and wellmaintained. The cost of the stay was very reasonable for japan. I enjoyed my stay there and look forward to returning.

WE were given a room on top floor with nice views.\nHotelwas clean and quiet Usual small bathroom but bedroom adequate Easy walk to Hiroshima Station which has pleanty of restaurants and department stores.\nHotel staff very helpful in handling and storing luggage and giving directions
