Great Hotel, in great location

Lovely Hotel. Very clean as hotels in Japan tend to be.
Great central location. A bit of a walk to the tram's but not to far. We enjoyed our stay in Hiroshima. A beautiful & friendly City.
You find many interesting places just around the corner from the hotel.
Friendly & Helpful staff.

Perfect Location and Excellent Service

the location right on the peace promanade was perfect as we only had one day to check out the museum, peace park and the castle. my wife had an injured foot so the receptionist suggested bycycle rental which the hotel offered. this saved the holiday for my wife as she could ride around and see everything instead of hobbling around. we had an excellent view out over hiroshima and beyond from the 19th floor. the rooms were typically smallish as is the japanese way but very clean and comfortable. the staff helped us out with many things like making sure we got on the right bus back to the station. when we checked one of the restaurants was offering an amazing all you eat lunch which seemed very popular. there was a lovely sitting area with many books to browse through after a long day plus free use of the internet in the lobby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't miss out on Hiroshima castle, sometimes it gets overlooked. Also, get a bycycle, you'll feel like a local cycling around the park and beyond.

Fine hotel but not special

This hotel was fine, we ony stayed to two nights, but it was just a bit smaller than the other rooms we had in Japan. There was nothing else particularly wrong with the hotel, it just wasn't special. Location was good, but there are other hotels with better locations in Hiroshima.

Lovely staff who were always helpful

the hotel was very clean, staff spoke very good english and the hotel always had taxis ready outside. the room was more spacious than other japanese hotels i stayed in. it was within walking distance to shopping and a lot of food.

Convenient Comfortable Hotel

The Hotel is convenient for easy walking access to all the major attractions in Hiroshima.
Restaurant Tip:
Walk to the eastern side of Peace Boulevard and check out the back streets, there are plenty of great little restaurants over that side that aren't in any guide books.

Lovely hotel with good location
Very friendly staff, well appointed room, good view. Bike hire great.

Overall hotel really good. Not far from Peace Park, Hiroshima Dome & Castle. Plenty of bars & restaurants nearby.
We ate in the bar downstairs and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Staff extremely helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bike hire. Great way to get around town. Bikes have electric motors which makes riding a breeze.

Lovely hotel, great service, bike hire service
had a bike hire service inside hotel

the hotel was beautifully designed, and we watched a wedding photoshoot take place inside the hotel as well. the hotel had a bike hire service which was very convienent, as we could return the bikes at our hotel and then continue with our other plans. the hotel is also close to ride to hiroshima castle and to the atom dome and peace park.

Good choice for a stay in Hiroshima

This is a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need.
It is very recognisable from the street which made it easy to find when we were exploring the area. The room was very nice - quite small - but from what I know of hotels in Japan this is the norm. The staff were very helpful, just enough English to help us out.
It is walking distance to main streets (5 mins) with good food and shopping day and night.
Also 10 minutes walk to the Peace park, so it is a great location for exploring Hiroshima by foot.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taxi to the hotel from Hiroshima station is about 800 yen. Quite far to walk with suitcases but there are buses etc.
