Good locality, well appointed and generally have a comfortable feel. Room was well equipped and well maintained. Staff extremely helpful despite difficulty in communication. In house restaurants were of good standard.
No Internet facility available for guests.
My wife and I drove from Toyako to Sapporo and had no difficulty locating the hotel. The hotel is located in front of the Odori Park. As luck would have it, we arrived on Sunday around noon and there in the park was a hive of activities. We went over to join in the festivities and found that Sapporo was celebrating its annual Autumn Festival. The underground stations were just 3 to 5 minutes walk away therefore it was convenient to get around. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located, clean and efficient
This hotel is an easy 5 minutes walk from the JR station, and is right in the direction of Motomachi, the historic district of Hakodate. It seems to be well run, efficient and clean. There are several restaurants in the hotel which I did not try, as there are many other smaller places up and down the street to eat. Motomachi is about 10 minutes away on foot, and the wharf area is less than 5. Internet (by LAN only) works well. Despite what one may read in the guide books, this hotel is a good deal when you are in Hakodate.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask for a room with a view of the harbor. It is well worth it, especially at night.
