Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Good location next to hot spring shopping street
Next to hot spring street, great onsen facilities, walkable distance around five minute to bear farm cable car station

It was a snowy day when I got to Noboribetsu. However, the hotel is just opposite to hot spring street bus terminal. We could easily get there after getting off the bus. The Japanese style room is spacious, however, the cleanness of the toilet is not very good as there was urinal smell. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner at the same restaurant. Recommend you to try some barbecue seafood or Japanese food restaurant with beer at the onsen hot spring street which has more variety. The big bathroom (public onsen) is quite nice, clean and with sauna. It was a good experience anyway.

Great hot springs and japanese-style futons

Have previously stayed at this hotel so I knew what to expect of the service. Service is still the same as ever. No frills and friendly staff. They lay out your beds while you are out having dinner so it's great. The surrounding areas have some decent souvenir shops which makes for a nice walk at night. Located close to the Hell Valley too which makes for a nice visit if you have the time. Overall, a great place to just unwind. Pricing is a tad expensive though. Don't expect much shopping to be done here.

We stay just one night in Niburibetsu. It is enough because noting to much to do. During the weekend the hotel was crowed. We were set to have a dinner on 8.00 p.m. ( the dinner start at 18.00). Variety breakfast. Onsen was crowded and old.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avoid check out at 10.00 because there was a long line

we arrived a day before and the staffs were kind to provide a room. Although the room was not as new as I expected but I think the hotel is suitable for family with children.

Nice Hotel
Great Location just across the bus terminal.

The hotel is old but clean. They served all buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The second night of the buffet were actually the same food as the first night. The hot spring was good both indoor and outdoor.
The town is pretty small so one night stay is good enough to explore and enjoy the onsen.
Restaurant Tip:
Must try the popular spicy ramen shop at the 味之大王。It is about 100 m from the hotel.
Further up is the Tokiyo restaurant, they served the best curry rice and bbq meat rice we have ever tasted..

We did enjoy our stay here due to the environment , although the room is a bit run down. The bathroom have a bathtub as well. Food is acceptable but not that fantastic, the Onsen only have limited pool and quite run down as well.

Great location and nice service
Very clean and tidy at hotel, good parking arrangement, nice hot spring
7.7
The room (western style) is big enough for 2 people, dinner and breakfast are buffet style which we think are pretty nice.
Hotel provide free parking which is good news to self-drive travel and staff are very polite and nice, able to speak simple but understandable english.
Hot spring is nice and clean, with good shower and changing room factilities, but the pools are not big enough.
