It's a cosy, clean hotel. Short distance from airport. Complimentary shuttle service available to and from airport. Very convenient. Staff were courteous.

Nothing I disliked.

Had to stay overnight in Osaka (near airport) in order to catch a plane next morning. Check-in procedures were easy and the staff could understand English well. Very smooth. Environment was cosy and friendly. Rates were affordable, especially through Agoda's network. My colleague and I enjoyed our stay here, even though it was only for one night. I would come back again when the opportunity arises.

Direct shuttle from the airport. Big rooms. Great view of the city. Classy layout. English speaking staff.

Air conditioning responds slowly. Rooms are a little dark.

I stayed at the Bellevue with my karate teacher as an overnight stay between flights. It is close to the airport and every staff member that we encountered was cordial and helpful, right down to the desk attendant coming on board the shuttle when we left and thanking us for our visit. There is a beautiful temple nearby as well as coffee shops and convenience stores if you don't want to eat at the restaurant. We got there pretty late and my teacher wanted to walk so I didn't get a chance to sample the food. I'd definitely stay here if I came back to Osaka.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Beautiful temple a block away from the hotel.

Just OK - too far from center Guest Rating: 5.7

This hotel doesn't have any features and pluses except that they provide the shuttle bus to the airport. Clean.

The only plus they had was a swimming pool but as they said it never worked.

As all Japanese hotels it is clean and provides all things needed for bathroom. Close to the train stop. Grocery store is very close. The only reason we booked it was that we had morning flight and needed to stay very close to the airport. Swimming pool didn't work and there was nothing to do around. You can take a train and go to the World Spa - very good before a long flight.

Hotel Feature Tip : Shuttle bus

Western-style room with basic facilities Green tea and ice bucket in room Free shuttle to and from Kansai airport The most reasonable priced option

A good 15 minutes from the airport and free shuttle only runs occassionally - we had to wait nearly 2 hours for collection The staff were polite and helpful

The hotel was very basic for the price charged - not excellent value. No coffee in the room (only 2 bags of green tea) The shuttle service to and from the airport should be at least hourly to make this a convenient option.

Hotel Feature Tip : Check out the shuttle collection times on their website

Location according to KIX Easy to access Complimentary shuttle service to KIX Nice and clean Internet terminals in lobby

Location according to Osaka is very suburbian Restaurant - go for a local instead

This is a nice choice for your last night before flying out of Osaka (KIX). It is only a 3 minutes walk from the Izumisano Station on the line from Nankai Namba St. The hotel offers complimentary and very convenient shuttle service (remember to sign up) to the airport (approx. 10 minutes ride). Rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant is not very exciting. The menu is relatively limited and the food seemed like the pre-cooked type. The location of the hotel is very suburbian, hence I recommend it only for a last night accommodation before a morning departure from KIX.

- Great conditions. - Nice lobby and restaurant. - Close to a train station (5 minutes walking). - Free direct bus to Kansai airport. - Free internet in the rooms through RJ45.

- The train station is a private line, not a JR line, so no luck for people that have JR Passes.

This is a very good hotel, the conditions were excellent. It has a lovely lobby with a rock garden, and a very nice restaurant. The area around the hotel is nothing special. But you can take the train, and you are one stop from the beach and a giant wheel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Close to the hotel there is an awesome temple. It's very small, but has a small rock garden and two small gardens with ponds. Filled with lovely details. It was the one I loved the most in all Japan. Even if you are tired of seeing temples, this one is worth a visit.

Clean hotel, easy to find, friendly staff, no problems using English,

A little smokey

An excellent hotel for a short stay in Kaisai, especially near the airport. After we had made our reservation using Agoda, we needed to add another bed to our room. Not a problem! The friendly, English-speaking staff was able to take care of our request with no problems. My only complaint would be that the hotel is quite far from Osaka. Expect at least 40 minutes of travel time just to get into the city proper. That said, our stay was quite pleasant, and if I needed a place close to the airport again, I'd be happy to stay there.

Location, closet to the airport, grocery shopping even a small local temple.

None

We arrived at the Beleview Gardens after a long day of travel, hot, sweaty and tired. We were immediately greeted at the desk. The staff was helpful, and check-in was speedy. Our room was a treat. Reasonably spacious, bed comfortable, and AC was cool.

Shopping Tip : Local grocery shopping was convenient

For just an overnight stay, cost and facilities were fine.

Further away from the airport than maps conveyed, (mainland side of the airport island), 20 minutes by courtesy coach. Location away from business areas.

Finding the Courtesy Bus pick-up point on arrival at Kansai Airport was a little difficult and then over an hour wait for the scheduled bus arrival (a 22 seat Toyota Coaster). 20 minutes (traffic dependent) to the Ramada which seemed to be hidden in back streets. Friendly reception, no language problems, double room though small was comfortable for the two of us. Quite adequate for our one night "transit" stay. Courtesy bus to the airport next morning was fine and seemed more structured in terms of scheduling.

Great free pick-up from and delivery to Osaka Kansai Airport. Hotel clean and comfortable, staff very keen to help with train timetables. Breakfast very tasty and reasonably priced.

Had booked via Agoda for family of 5 people in two rooms, hotel staff tried to put us in two double beds, telling us it was impossible to change. Eventually after insisting that our booking was for 5 people in two rooms, not just for two rooms, we had the manager concede first to one double and one twin, then after more discussion, one double and one quad room. Supposedly non-smoking room smelt smokey.

We were looking for a hotel convenient to Kansai International airport, and the Ramada Kansai was just that, with a free shuttle bus right outside which arrived precisely when the sign said it would, and the driver loaded and unloaded all the luggage for us. Apart from the staff trying to cram 5 of us into two beds, our stay went smoothly, and the morning staff were a great help with advice on the best way to travel on to Kyoto.

Hotel Feature Tip : Use the free shuttle bus to go back to the airport and take the express train from there for Kyoto, it makes it very easy.

Location, Staff, Good rooms, Lovely breakfast.

to travel on to Kyoto one must go back to the airport and get the rail there - a shuttle to Shin Osaka would be handy.

Conveniently located a short bus ride from the airport. The friendly and helpful staff ensured my weary arrival was seamless. The room was well appointed and quite sizable. Only stayed the one night in transit but was extremely happy.
