The attendant didnt smile, looks like a gangster

1. The room smoking smell is very strong
2. they have parking lot, but the attendant just said it is full. And I have to park my car in other paid parking lot.
3. I have 3 Luggages and 1 baby car in my car. No place to park my car to take out my luggages and baby car. The attendant just stayed behind the counter. They did not show any heart to help us. Very bad service.
