Gorgeous view, helpful staff
Beds are rather hard, though not unusually for Japan.
Excellent location since it's across from the train station, which is the transportation hub of the tourist community. The lobby and the pricey Italian restaurant are gorgeous in an endearingly quirky way. In bad weather, use the underground passage from the station all the way to the lobby.
I found my pillow uncomfortable and the staff offered me an assortment of different styles to choose from instead.
