Location of the hotel, room service and front desk (reception staff) Some days if was quite warm inside the room and the A/C was not functioning properly I'd liked the hotel; the location was so convenient very close to the main train station of Kobe.
The reception staff was so helpful and English talkers.
The room facilities (Bed, Toilet, TV, etc...) were so good and convenient.
Housekeeping was on time and so good as well.
The price was affordable and fair.

Just 5 minutes walk from Kobe Station that has a supermarket and eating places. No traffic and very quiet. Train station accesible underground. Room is slightly bigger than usual. Internet access in room free, clean & seems new. A 7-11 is located at the basement of the hotel. Windows could not be opened.
No english channel on TV This hotel is value for money. The room is slightly bigger than most and it is very accesible with the Kobe Station located just 5 minutes away (walking distance). It's accesible by both JR line and City line. There is a supermarket at the station as well as eating places which include Japanese as well as Western cuisine. There are also pastry shops and bread shops. The hotel seems new, smells new. There's a restaurant within the hotel which offer buffet lunches and dinner as well as a 7-11 in the basement.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Harbourfront, Kobe station which can also be accessed through the basement of the hotel

- good location, within minutes from the Kobe station
- clean This hotel is within walking distance from the Kobe station (not the Shin-Kobe station), whereby you will need to transfer to a subway if you are travelling to Kobe via the Shinkansen. It is near to Harbourland and a temple is just round the corner.
We had some problem locating the hotel as maps were not available, but thankfully, a very kind local guided us to the hotel.
Not able to comment on the food as we did not take breakfast at the hotel. On the whole, the hotel is clean and staff were friendly.
