Hotel in the middle of nowhere
Good if you work in the vicinity

This is really a hotel for business traveller (who works or has meetings in the vicinity). There is nothing else around the area. The only good thing is that the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Shin Kobe station and to Sannomiya (where the main shopping and F&B areas are located).

Nice hotel with decent sized single rooms
Size of the single rooms compared to other Japanese hotels.

While I did not use the facilities of the hotel I can not comment on them but I was pleased with the size of the bed for a single room. It was more like a double sized bed and considering how small Many single Japanese hotel rooms are I was quite pleased with this one. It also had a fridge in the room.
The other great thing is the free shuttle between either Shin-Kobe or Sannomiya Stations and the hotel. This is really great considering that the one bad part of the hotel is the location. Pearl City island is pretty dead and it isn't exactly right next to any of the stations. At least there is a 7/11 across the street though.
All in all a great place to stay.
Restaurant Tip:
Any steak restaurants in Sannomiya. Try punch time for their cheaper sets.
