The hotel provides shuttle bus to/from the railway station. The hotel is grand and the staff are helpful. Nice kobe tower and ferris wheel view nearby.

Private balconies with bay view. Quiet room with high ceilings. Friendly and helpful staff.

My friends couldn’t believe the affordable price we paid for this lovely hotel. Built on a pier out into the bay, sitting on our own private balcony was a wonderful treat watching the ships pass by. The heated swimming pool was spotless and quiet. We could walk to the Maritime Park, Chinatown, Sannomiya Shopping Arcade, and the Mosaic Shopping Complex for international restaurants. The hotel was immaculate & the staff were friendly and helpful. The City Loop bus stop is near & took us to most of the city’s sights including Kitano. We also used the hotel's complimentary bus to Sannomiya and Shin-Kobe Stations.

Lovely hotel with great views of the city
The hotel is beautifully designed, the views of Kobe are magnificent, especially at night and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
