Rooms were large and well fitted out. Very helpful staff. Shuttle bus to train station.

Not being able to access the swimming pool, being charged a cover charge to have a drink in the bar on the 30th floor.

This was a very comfortable hotel. I would have preferred to be able to get more specific English instructions on which train station to get off at to access the free shuttle bus. The dining experience in the tepanyaki restaurant was great. The rooms were clean and well set out with a fantastic view from the 17th floor. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a wide variety of traditional Japanese and western food.
