The English-speaking woman staff at the front desk was very cooperative. The hotel is situated in a quiet area near a number of convenience stores and a walking distance to Sannomiya station.
Note: I didnt eat at the hotel, so please disregard my food rating as there was no N/A option in review.

Small rooms, but good breakfast
Relatively low price; nice buffet breakfast; not too far from downtown Kobe

The room was tiny, and the first kettle they gave me was dirty on the inside - but they replaced it after I said something. Staying there for 3 nights, it would've been nice if they'd given me at least one breakfast for free, rather than making me pay extra...but otherwise the hotel is good enough if you don't care for too much more than an adequately clean room and a place to sleep. Only 10-15 min walk to main shops.

great location 10 minute walk from the sannomiya station. the workers were helpful, although the you may have difficulty if you want to ask difficult questions and you don't speak japanese. the clerks speak enough english to check you in etc.
great clean hotel in a good area. rooms aren't big, but good bathrooms and tvs. for the price i doubt you'll get anything better. it's my second time staying there and i'd be happy to stay there again.
only downside is the lack of cheap parking.

Great hotel with great bathroom
The bathroom was big, the shampoo and conditioner smells good. Free shuttle bus service to Sannomiya Station every morning.

i had a pleasant stay. the room itself was of normal business hotel size but the bathroom was much bigger. i could easily walk to the station within 8mins and there are shuttle bus available every morning to the station.

The reception and staff were very kind. The bathroom is the relatively big.

i've been stayed in kyoto, osaka, and kobe during my kansai trip. this hotel room has large is most space and is highly equipped. the staff are all very kind and helpful. however, it takes about 10 minutes from the train station and subway station. there are free rental bikes available for customers.

Gute Lage nahe Bahnhof, relativ eng, aber das ist üblich in Japan, free WiFi, kleiner Schreibtisch, mit Fenster, allen im allen sehr zufrieden für eine Nacht, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die auch mein Gepäck aufs Zimmer brachten, für eine Nacht eine sehr gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, gerne wieder
