Great location with great facilities
Centrally located, free laundry, and comfortable room.

Everything is great and it is very great place if you plan to enjoy nightlife in Kobe. Also, you can enjoy free coffee at front and also free laundry with only a minor cost for detergents.

located in the center of town, modern room and good coffee in lobby

staff spoke good english, room clean, modern but small. can walk or short taxi to shin-kobe bullet train and cable car up mountain. so many restaurants to choose from, really good korean restaurant that served meat and rice/vegetables in a hot stone pot for 36 yen.

Good stay for the price.

Room was very clean but the same size as a lower priced hotel. Bathroom looked fairly classy with an automated toilet and was much nicer than a lower priced hotel. Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance from the Sannomiya JR station.
