Good location close to Kyoto Station.
Good value for money. The room was rather small but had all facilities that we expected, incl. refridgerator and water boiler.

The location was excellent for exploring the city by bus and for making a day trip with the Shinkansen. The nearby underground shopping area had a very good choice of restaurants.

Usual small size rooms. Could sometimes hear trains but one gets used to them
A very good base for sightseeing in Kyoto. It is few minutes walk from Kyoto Station which has plenty of eating places and also buses leave here for routes running all around Kyoto

Large size of room, high speed internet in rooms, location close to Kyoto Station.
We had a surprisingly large room for a business hotel. High speed internet in room worked without any problems. The location was great, easy walking distance from Kyoto Station. The people at the reception desk were efficient and friendly and had better than average English speaking skills. The breakfast was tasty and I especially liked the option of expresso coffee. I would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends.
Shopping Tip : If you can be there on the 21st of the month, walk to the nearby Toji Temple for the monthly flea market.
