Good hotel for budget travel

Me and my bf booked two beds in a mixed 6-bed room. The room, toilets and bathrooms were very clean. There are washing machines and dryers available for 300 yen per wash+dry. You also can buy your own food and cook in the pantry. Free tea and coffee. There's also a bar just next door, though not very lively like the bar in Nui. House Tokyo. It offers buffer breakfast too but we never tried, since it's Western style and there are not many variety to choose from. The location is good, around 2-3 mins to the nearest bus top, 10 mins walking to JR Kyoto station and around 5 mins walking to another subway station. There's a lot of shop in Kyoto station area too, although most shops will close at 9:pm, which is quite early.
