Travel as a family of 5 people. We had immediately booked this hotel because of some difficulties of the prior booked ryokan. Impressive front desk welcome and helpful though cannot speak English well. We had problems of internet connection. They have about 50 pcs or less of LAN cable and no free WIFI in room, only at front desk area. This hotel shared the same building to Kyoto Tower, so easily access. We didn't buy the breakfast tickets so no idea about hotel's foods.

This hotel is perfect for tourist, 5 mins walk to all the public transport, train, bus, JR and tourist information. There are wifi at lobby, once u enter the hotel u ll receive all your email and message, speed. But too bad the wifi cannot access in room. The hotel overall is good, clean and nice staff. One thing I not satisfy was the bed, too soft and keep shaking. Suggest to change the mattress for customer good sleep and rest.
