Nice hotel for seeing Paque Espania
Location to theme park, discount Parque Espania tickets at hotel, private hotel entrance to park

Location is great for visiting park. Hotel rooms are clean, have in-room fridge, and spa waters are in bathrooms. Be advised that dining options are limited to hotel only restaurants (expensive) and theme park restaurants during operating hours due to location, not near town or station area. Hotel has bus service to Ugata station (approximately 600 yen one way per person and taxi is 1700 yen one-way) from approximately 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, limiting dinner options to hotel only.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
day trip to pearl island/ise shima area is easy to day with 45 minute local train from ugata station to toba. at exit, just past turn-style on right from train platform area is a local tourist information office with english speaking assistance (when we visited). they can provide map/info with local attractions of aquariums, shrines, etc. also go across the bridge from terminal to bus station and purchase a sanco bus pass (one or two day) and you can see local attractions with sanco bus and hop-on and off bus as you desire.

ファミリー宿泊者が多く騒々しいかと思いきや、ルーム配分がきちんとされていて階につくととても静かで部屋も古いながら広く景色も入り組んだ海が見れて素敵でした。郊外ホテルながらスタッフの教育もきちんとされていたのが嬉しかったです。
Restaurant Tip:
あわび、イセエビ、あっぱ貝、あおさ海苔、松阪牛と海山全て美味しい地域。
さらにテーマパーク内ではスペイン、イタリア物産品が現地とほとんど変わらない価格で購入出来るのが嬉しい。
