Comfortable, enjoyable hotel, obliging staff

The hotel is across the road from the East exit of Miyazaki train station.
It is also around 10 minutes walk from the shops downtown.
Check in took less than 10 minutes, and checkout is fully automated (without additional charges, ours took under 5 minutes).
The shower (room bath) was good.
If only it was also an onsen hotel!

The room is nice and big, but the location is not that convenience, it is about 5 mins drive from the hotel to the downtown area. We had a rental car, it costed yen for the parking. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice, even though they did not speak fluent English, they were still very helpful.

The hotel room was good, clean and spacious and the location was great, and they have a variety of amenities available. The only thing is they wouldn't allow me to do late checkout at all, even for an hour. You check out with a machine and the staff can't/won't waive the yen hourly charge for late checkout.

this hotel has good location and is very convenient for those who wants to be close to amenities. the free wifi is a good plus point as most hotels only have it in the lobby area only. this is a fuss free hotel. the room is small and hence good for one night stay with a small carry bag as not much space to put the luggage bag. The parking for hotel guest is 500yen which you pay at the machine upon check out. It is definitely a good hotel to stop for a night

richmond hotel almost cancelled my room booking and the room itself is just a mess and you'll be forced to be a secondhand smoker if you stayed in the room as the smoke odour is just too strong

Hotel is strategically located 3min across the JR Miyazaki and very clean.
